LO offers CLP-based training seminars to chapters
Management training for the green industry
The Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) has been developed by and for the green industry to give owners and managers the tools to increase prosperity, professionalism, productivity and profitability. By studying seven CLP modules and passing the exams, owners and managers attain the CLP designation.
Landscape Ontario and the Agricultural Adaptation Council have created a series of business management training seminars across the province, built around the CLP training modules to focus on the real-life business challenges faced by green industry professionals. Sessions are offered in each chapter, so members can more easily take advantage of the opportunity to take their businesses to a new, more prosperous level.
Each session runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a morning coffee break and lunch included. After the course, candidates may ask the instructor questions and/or write the corresponding exam up to 5 p.m. Register for courses, exams or order study manuals at www.horttrades.com/clp.
