Tools to Support Mental Health and Well-Being in Our Sector
In this participatory two-hour workshop, Jeff Carolin will share self-awareness and communication tools that will invite us to slow down and take a breath, to check-in with how we're doing internally, and to share with each other where we're finding ease and where we're finding challenge in our work. These tools are foundational to building a community where mental health difficulties are de-stigmatized, and where we can serve as resources for each other's well-being.

Jeff Carolin is a coach, facilitator, and mediator. When working with groups, Jeff focuses on inviting people into a more intentional and relational way of being together, which then allows the group to tap into the wisdom, experience, and skill that is already present.
