New ISO handbook available

The latest edition of the ISO 9000 Essentials handbook from the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) is redesigned to clearly outline the merger of the 1994 editions of ISO 9001, 9002 and 9003 into a single document.

The 9000:2000 handbook is used as a guide for Quality Management Systems (QMS) practitioners to understand and implement quality management principles. The handbook provides full text of the ISO 9000:2000, complete vocabulary portions of the standard, revised help statements and checklist. The handbook also covers eight quality management principles, and includes easy-to-read tables, diagrams and appendices. It works to explain the process flow of an organization, following a step-by-step approach to develop a QMS from start to finish.
