Day One:  Operational Efficiency Get in on the hottest tips to solve challenges nagging your operational efficiency. Our two presenters will focus on the newest trends and technology for managing and training for happier teams and higher profit. Day Two:  Exit Strategies and Succession Planning Join us for this info packed panel and break out discussion morning — starting with a ‘BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakfast) Keynote Presentation’ with Mark Bradley on establishing value in your business. Mark’s presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with five industry experts — all of whom have either bought, sold, or transitioned into ownership of a Landscape company. Joe Salemi, Deputy Executive Director of Landscape Ontario will be our moderator. Panelists: Mark Bradley, Frank Bourque, Jacki Hart, David Wright, Brian Cotter. Each of our panelists will join break out room discussions on various topics within our ‘exit strategy’ theme. We’ll end the morning with an open mic Q and A.
