Effective Oct. 1, 2026, Ontario One Call will have a new name, new email and website domains and a new visual identity that will become Ontario Dig Authority.

The change reflects the evolution of the organization and the role it plays in supporting damage prevention across Ontario. While the name and brand are changing, operations, services, responsibilities and stakeholder requirements remain unchanged.

The updated brand is intended to create a clearer public understanding of the organization and improve consistency across communications and better reflects the role of the organization in today’s world.

The “Click Before You Dig — It’s the Law” campaign will continue to be promoted and will not change under the rebranding.

Ontario One Call email addresses and web domains will transition to @OntarioDigAuthority.ca. To prevent disruptions in communications and ensure continuity during the transition, companies and organizations should safelist the new domain, update contract directories and approved sender lists, review spam filters and email rules to ensure messages are not blocked, and update saved bookmarks and links.

The official launch of Ontario Dig Authority will take place Oct. 1, 2026, at the Old Mill Hotel in Toronto.
