This is a tour you are not going to want to miss.

We encourage all registrants to join us on the bus (not your own vehicle) so we can network and enjoy this sector event together. About the Tour:

Welcome to South Coast Gardens
We are excited to be a part of the 2026 Growers tour field day. We are a small scale nursery with a focus on growing plants native to eastern North America. We also have a nursery display garden that contains some specimens of trees not commonly found in southern Ontario. These include Willow Oak, Southern Magnolia, Large-leaved Magnolia, Sourwood, growing among Pawpaws and other Carolinian species. Representing the western Rockies are Giant Sequoia, Incense Cedar and Lawson’s Cypress. A great location to test your tree identification skills!

Greetings from Fox Hollow Farms
We are excited to host the 2026 Growers tour field day. We have lots to show you:

  • Growing conifers from Seed, Seedling production.
  • Field tour of Nursery production, Christmas tree production and equipment tour
  • To top it off we have a terrific lunch planned at our new Christmas Tree Sales Pavilion, the centre piece of our cut-your-own business.

Welcome to Whistling Gardens!
We are excited to show you around our 22 acre garden and explore some of the 3,500 different plants in the collection including North America’s largest conifer collection, 1,500 varieties and species and the world’s rarest tree,  the Baishan Fir the only one in Canada on public display.

We will also take a break and watch one of the highest tech fountain shows in the country all composed and choreographed by the owner.

See you in the gardens!
