With a background as a former marketing agency owner, Paula has spent years helping businesses translate what they do best into clear, engaging content that resonates with their customers. Through BCIC, she now leads a team supporting organizations across a wide range of industries with social strategy, content planning, and execution, helping them show up consistently and purposefully online. Paula holds multiple post-secondary credentials in marketing and business, but her real expertise comes from working directly with business owners who are juggling day-to-day operations while trying to make social media work for their brand.
