Upper Canada Chapter Touch A Truck 2024
Join your fellow industry members for a fun, interactive, and educational event for families in your local community. Both kids and parents will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with various types of industry vehicles and equipment, allowing them to explore and learn about the exciting world of landscaping. This event is a great way to showcase your profession, and promote the career benefits and the many career paths available in this dynamic industry.

Charity partnership:

Join us in making a difference at the Touch-A-Truck event as we come together to support Community Development Council of Quite through the event and Chapter donations.

Why the CDC? Simply because their goal is to improve access to community food, while also using food to unite and build community.

Exhibitor information:

  • Load-In: Friday July 19, 2024 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
  • Stationary exhibitor opportunities only.
  • Exhibitors who wish to donate to the charity will be recognized with an individual sign during the event to display.
  • 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. is silent hour, no horns or noise will be created to accommodate those with noise sensitivity and young children.
  • Food will be available to purchase on-site.
  • Event will be marketed through Landscape Ontario's social media channels, LO Weekly Enews, Mix 97 and Rock107 radio stations.
  • It will likely be HOT, please make sure to supply your own shade (tent) and wear hearing protection.
  • Please feel free to hand out or add to your space the following:
    • A fun game or play area (i.e. toy trucks).
    • Nut-free snacks, water, freezes, etc.
    • Balloons, branded items.

What the public will expect:

  • Assortment of trade equipment and interactions with trade professionals.
