Hi Everyone,
CFIA will be implementing new measures for Gypsy Moth starting Monday, March 22. Nurseries shipping from a regulated area in Canada (NS, NB, PEI, QC and parts of ON) to a non-regulated area in Canada or the US will be required to complete and submit an Interim Compliance Agreement (CA) or an equivalent preventive control plan (PCP) to their local CFIA office.
