Knippel Nursery of Gloucester supports the community through donations of plant material to such groups as Habitat for Humanity housing projects, Smitty’s Camp for Disabled Children, National Military Cemetery, Perley Rideau Veterans’ Hospital, Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre and Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.

As well, the nursery helps local schools with donations, along with the United Way campaign and many others.

Knippel Nursery was among many LO members who responded to executive director Tony DiGiovanni’s request to members to share the great causes and projects their company was involved with over the past year or two.
