Many of the trees being specified by municipalities and landscape architects are either not available or not suitable for urban areas and other unnatural sites.

The Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA) presented the 2015 award for service to the environment to Green Infrastructure Ontario Coalition.

It was while attending a seminar at Congress 2012, that I first heard about the pursuit of Practice Act Legislation by the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects.
