Make your VIP code work for you at Congress
Christine JavierExhibiting at Congress is more than showing up, it’s about making sure attendees connect with you at the event. Each Congress exhibitor is provided with a unique VIP code that can be shared with clients, suppliers and partners that gives them free admission to the trade show. When used strategically, this powerful marketing tool can actually increase foot traffic to your booth and build a buzz leading up to your participation in the event.

Spread the word

Think of your VIP code as a key to your booth that you can share in your marketing efforts:
  • Email and newsletter: Send a short invite to your distribution or client list with your VIP code, booth number and information about any new products or services you plan to introduce at the show or any show specials.
  • Website: Add a “Visit Us at Congress” banner, pop up or landing page featuring your VIP code.
  • Print materials: Include your VIP code on a postcard, flyer or business card for customers and partners.
  • Partner networks: Ask suppliers, clients or industry groups to share your code with their audiences.
  • Social media: Post your VIP code and booth number. Use #LOCongress2026 and tag @LOCongress1973. Stories, countdowns and short videos work especially well.

The more channels you use, the more people will see your invitation and the more likely they are to seek you out at the show. You saved them the cost of attending the show, so hopefully they show their appreciation to you and your business.

Promote your booth

A VIP code gets people in the door. Your booth content keeps them there. Highlight what visitors can expect: live demos, new products, giveaways or consultations. Teaser content on social media or email can build excitement before the show. And don’t forget to use the official Congress logos and templates from the Exhibitor Promo Kit found on the LO Congress website to keep your branding polished and consistent.

Quick tips

  • Include your booth number in every promotion.
  • Make registration easy: provide a direct link or QR code with the VIP code prefilled.
  • Share your code early and often.
  • Encourage staff and partners to share the code in their networks.
  • Track results and follow up with registrants after the show.

A little planning goes a long way. With the right promotion, your VIP code can be the tool that brings more visitors, creates connections and makes your Congress presence a success.
