Take the next step in your career and challenge the Certified Landscape Designer (CLD) examination.
Whether you’re a student or professional designer ready to earn your accreditation, this is your
moment.

Step 1: Order the CLD Study Manual

Order the CLD Study Manual: https://cnlagetcertified.ca/registration/manual-order-forms
and get to know the content before you challenge the exam.

Step 2: Register with CNLA to write the exam

Please contact CNLA at certification@cnla-acpp.ca for additional details and assistance.
Note: The Landscape Ontario Designers Sector Group is committed to supporting the next generation of
certified professionals and has established the Ontario Student CLD Exam Bursary to remove
financial barriers to participation. This bursary provides financial assistance to help cover the cost of
the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) Certified Landscape Designer (CLD) examination.
Applicants can review the criteria and apply at https://landscapeontario.com/ontario-student-cld-bursary-application.
The deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.

Step 3: Register for one of two pre-exam workshops, then challenge the exam
