Winter may still be months away, but for snow and ice professionals, preparation for a harsh Canadian winter begins at Snowposium 2026.

Hosted by Landscape Ontario’s Snow and Ice Management Sector Group, Snowposium is Canada’s premier event for the snow and ice management industry. Taking place July 22 at The International Centre in Mississauga, Ont., Snowposium brings together contractors, municipal leaders, property managers, suppliers, manufacturers and industry experts for a day focused on education, innovation and networking.

Whether you’re looking to improve your operations, explore new equipment or build valuable industry connections, Snowposium offers everything you need to make your operations more efficient and profitable.

Start the day with education

Begin your visit with the conference sessions, where industry experts will share practical insights, emerging trends and proven strategies to help your business succeed. From operational improvements and risk management to business growth and industry best practices, you’ll walk away with ideas you can put into action before the first snowfall.

The conference fee is $175 for members and $200 for non-members. The day starts with breakfast at 8:00 a.m., followed by three morning sessions and includes a voucher for lunch and access to the trade show.

Explore the trade show

The sold-out trade show floor features over 65 exhibitors with direct connections to the snow and ice sector. The trade show runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is the perfect place to discover the latest equipment, technology and services designed for snow and ice management professionals. Meet directly with suppliers, compare solutions and see innovations that can help improve efficiency, safety and profitability. With a focused audience and specialized exhibitors, every conversation is relevant and worthwhile.

Stop at the pub

New for 2026, the Pub Stop offers a fun and relaxed place to take a break, enjoy a beverage and connect with fellow attendees. The forecast here has a 100 per cent chance of cold ones. Conveniently located in the food court area, it’s the perfect place to continue conversations, meet new contacts and recharge before heading back to explore the show.

Get prepared for winter

Snowposium’s summer timing gives attendees a unique advantage. It provides the opportunity to evaluate equipment, research new technologies and make purchasing decisions well before winter begins. Instead of reacting to challenges once the season is underway, you’ll have the tools, knowledge and resources in place to hit the ground running.

Whether you’re attending for education, networking or exploring the latest industry innovations, Snowposium 2026 delivers everything you need to prepare for a successful winter season. Come ready to learn, connect and make the most of your visit.

A trade show pass (member or non-member) is $50 and students, educators and media can attend for free. You can also use the special VIP code SNOW26 to gain a complimentary trade show pass. Register online at Snowposium.ca where you will also find full details on the conference sessions.
